Ross Rudolph - about me

I do my best to remain hopeful that technology can still be used for good and use my artistic practice in attempt to prove it to myself and others.

My work is heavily inspired by Taoist and Gnostic/Hermetic ideas of interdependence and esoteric knowledge. Through my work, I like to draw attention to the complex relationship between technology, consumerism, nature, and spirit.

With experience designing wellness tech like breath-tracking biofeedback meditation tools and neurodivergent-friendly mobile interfaces, I have an intimate relationship to the reality of this field. He uses his criticism of the industry as fuel for his artistic practice.

In-house design experience working with: Spire, Ammunition, and Samsung.

Immersive art installation exhibited at San Francisco's Gray Area Theatre in July 2024.
